Director of Operations
Paula Pieroni has more than 15 years of national real estate experience and has extensive experience in lease administration, tenant construction allowance processes and business operations. She has been involved in due diligence, acquisition, leasing and management of more than $1 Billion USD of commercial and retail real estate projects in the United States and Panama. Prior to her appointment as Director of Operations at Collarmele Partners, Paula was the Vice President of Operations at QIC in the US, where she was responsible for financial and asset management analysis and reporting. Prior to joining Collarmele Partners, she managed many of these responsibilities at Turnberry Associates and The Ben Tobin Companies. She was a banker for over twenty years with Bank of America. She holds an active Florida Community Association Manager’s license.
