In 2012 Collarmele Partners entered into a partnership with a local Panamanian developer on a new ground-up 1.1M sq. ft. enclosed regional shopping center in Panama City, Panama.
AltaPlaza Mall has several large anchor stores, a Cinema complex, upgraded food court with Carousel, and a tenant mix of National and International retail brands.
Collarmele Partners provided the masterplanning and development for the center, which opened Spring 2015.
